About Boldfish Video Production

Shaping stories that inspire
viewers to take action.

Authentic storytelling lies at the heart of all great videos. In a digital world where viewers have trillions of different choices, it’s authentic, entertaining, and meaningful content that connects people with brands and drives them to share. Work with us to craft a message that is specific, genuine, collaborative, and helps preserve the agency of the people whose stories are being told.

Greg Meeres

Founder & Creative Producer

Greg Meeres is the Founder and Creative Producer of Boldfish Video Productions Inc., a boutique video agency celebrating 20 years of creating high-impact content that raises awareness and inspires change. With a background in broadcast television producing commercials, PSAs, and promos, Greg launched Boldfish in 2005 with a mission to make video marketing easy and effective for corporate, non-profit, and government clients. Since then, he has led projects in over 43 countries for organizations such as the Walt Disney Corporation, Hasbro, BBC, International Justice Mission, and Opportunity International.

Greg brings a rare combination of creative vision, logistical precision, and cultural sensitivity to every project. He is hands-on from concept through delivery—storyboarding, directing, filming, and overseeing post-production to ensure every piece aligns with the client’s message and audience. His strength lies in crafting authentic, story-driven content, particularly when working with individuals sharing vulnerable or deeply personal experiences. A skilled interviewer and experienced field producer, Greg is also a co-founder of I Am Filmmaker, a non-profit that trained at-risk and Indigenous youth in digital storytelling across BC.

As a long-time resident and business owner in British Columbia, Greg values strong community ties and collaborative partnerships. With Boldfish, he continues to champion meaningful visual storytelling that not only informs but inspires action.
